Business Development Manager 

 

The DSE Control Business Development Manager role requires an ambitious and energetic individual with control system knowledge in the vehicle and off highway industries to expand our customers and market share. 

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy to key accounts across an international territory.  

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through sales growth and forging strong relationships with clients. 

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction by conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs 

  • Arrange sales calls with prospective clients and be confident in demonstrating the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and their control system needs 

  • Review and create sales contracts, framework agreements ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Market knowledge of vehicle and off highway machinery and their automated control systems such as PLC’s and HMI’s 

  • ERP (SAP or Epicor experience, or similar) within a manufacturing and distribution environment

  • The ASM is responsible for sales growth and market expansion in the defined territory for all C&A brands and product categories

    The Senior HRIS Analyst - HCM & PATT (HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking & Scheduling) provides expert functional and technical support for Workday.     • Review current HR system functionality for possible improvements, troubleshooting issues, testing new features, and developing and delivering end-user training materials  
    • Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet approved business requirements 
    • Participates in biannual release / enhance processes to review functionality, impact analysis, configuration and testing

    Assistant HR Partner

    The Assistant HR Partner will support the HR Partner & Manager in the delivery of an efficient and effective HR function to all departments and locations across the Company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Previous experiences of controls and automation software development.
    • Bachelor of Science in IT/Software Engineering or equivalent

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    • The design and implementation of software in C# using .NET core/ .NET 6+
    • Follow a full SDLC, developing PC based applications for new and existing products
    • Ensure software reliability, standards, safety and security objectives are all met
    • Diligent use of the company version control systems, demonstrating excellent version control discipline
    • Support software deliveries through test, production and commercial deployment
    • Responsible for the delivery of all SDLC technical deliveries both software and documentation
    • Write and maintain development documentation including specifications, requirements, test plans and design descriptions
    • Review software and designs with regards to coding standards and best practice
    • Support the Embedded team during design and development.
